We offer FREE SHIPPING to ANY UK mainland address on orders over £50 in our online boutique www.lustrousjewellery.com. Orders normally will be despatched in 3-5 working days however it may take up to 7-10 days in the current situation while we have limited staff. For orders under £50 is £5.00 per order; express delivery will be despatched within 1-2 working days and is £7.50 per order. Delivery to address outside UK is £6.50 per order for orders under £100 and for orders over £100, it's free delivery worldwide.

We are offering FREE delivery on ALL orders if NO packaging box is required. In the event of packaging box is required, please choose the nominated shipping option at checkout. 

Our customers are able to login their account and send a returns request via our RAM system (Return Merchandise Authorisation). We cannot process any returns outside the RAM .

All returned items are required to reach us within 7 days after a RAM number is issued. All returned items are required to be in an unused and resalable condition, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept any EARRINGS RETURNS (including drop earrings and stud earrings). We DO NOT accept returns on purchased gift vouchers. This does not affect your customary rights. 

If a 'surprise gift' arrives with the order, the gift needs to be returned alongside the order, in their original packaging too.  

All returns will be dealt with within 3-5 working days from the day we receive the returned orders, whether it being refund, replacement or store credit. The refund will only be made back to the original payment method. In the event of 'free delivery' is applied when ordering, the original postage will be deducted from the refunds. *This does not affect your statutory rights
